Smooth Street Ballroom Policies
 

Lessons: All Private Lessons are one hour in length. This may include time for instructors to assess and communicate with students regarding their status and progress.  Payment: All lessons must be paid for before the start of each lesson. Students will not be allowed to take lessons until all outstanding balances are paid in full, as per lesson package agreements.  Sign-In:  Students must initial their cards before the start of each lesson.  Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged for the lesson. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. The 24 hour cancellation allows us to re-book waiting students with the Instructor. Refund Policy: We have a No Refund Policy except for medical reasons or due to students moving more than 25 miles away from where our instructors can service students.  Transfer of Lessons: Lessons are non-transferable. Lost or Stolen Items: Smooth Street Ballroom is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
