in and delivery of all lessons and classes are subject to the terms of
Smooth Street Ballroom's Policies as indicated on this page.

Students' acknowledge they have reviewed Smooth Street Ballroom's policies on this page.

Contacting Smooth Street Ballroom through this website serves as each
Student's Agreement to the policies, terms and conditions set forth herein.

Lessons: All Private Lessons are forty five minutes in length.
This may include time for instructors to assess and communicate with students
regarding their status and progress.

Payment: All lessons must be paid for before the start of each lesson.
Students will not be allowed to take lessons until all outstanding balances are paid in full,
as per lesson package agreements.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged for the lesson.
The 24 hour cancellation allows us to re-book waiting students with the Instructor.

Refund Policy: We have a No Refund Policy except for medical reasons or due to
students moving more than 25 miles away from where our instructors can service students.

Transfer of Lessons: Lessons are non-transferable.

Lost or Stolen Items: Smooth Street Ballroom is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
